Levi and I talk frequently. When he spoke of his interest in hypnosis and helping people, I asked him when he felt was ready, I would like to try to work through an issue with his help. I told him I was quick to anger and yelling when I felt like someone would accuse me of something. Or when something frustrated me. We sat down and talked about what I needed to do and the change I was looking for to improve myself. We started a quick session lasting about 15 minutes. Later that day I had a challenge. I was mowing my lawn and a rock flew out of the mower and shattered my truck window. Usually this type of situation would trigger a “Hulk” like response. Rage to say the least was very common. Something was different. I saw what had happened. Yet all I did was look at it, and shook my head in disbelief. No yelling, swearing, or raging this time. I feel like I have a few more things that relate to my overall improvement, but this first step with Swift Hypnosis has been a big win for me. Thank you Levi for your help.
